The 80s Rule!!!

So this last weekend we went to a like totally cool 25th anniversary party for The Hankeys (above) and the Klemenson's (I didn't get a pic of them :( ). We had so much fun. I think the most fun, though, was seeing how much time and thought everyone put into their 80s outfit.
As you can see- a lot of people really went all out for it. Meagan and Jeremy had a blast shopping for their outfit. Jeremy ended up renting his wig....Yes, that is not his real hair.

Dan, however, liked his wig so much, he bought it. I want to see him adjusting the mics at the assembly in this get up! And Juli, she really looked the part. She looks like all the "cool" girls in high school.

Leslie said that her dress wasn't loud enough for her Delta Burke get-up. So she had to embellish.

Now, this is Jim's real hair. He grew it out just for this one night and then we cut it off for the meeting on Sunday.

These are my eighties babies. Aren't they so cute!!! It was so much fun thrift store shopping for Mia and Van's outfits.

And here we are. A different kind of family. Us punk rockers decided to let our children dress the way they wanted too. Don't ask me how we ended up with a Madonna and a preppy kid!!!!
